So we killed that poor goblin...

Adventure Date: November 20, 2012 

Forgotten Realms Date: 1479 DR, The 3rd day of Ches

The group fought off the zombies and thanks to Pern they went running.  Casting turn undead couldn't have come at a better time.  They fled for their lives as Axio discovered Goblins in the adjacent room.

The door opened and three goblins stood ready for an assault.  Nixxa and Starfire decided to finish off remaining zombies in the room down the hall.  Starfire landed killing blows and discovered magical potions hanging from a shelf in the room.  This was needed because the goblins had taken a tole on Axio as he lay unconscious and close to death.  With the healing potion he was back on his feet.

Soon after, only one goblin remained.  He begged for his life but the adventurers couldn't understand his words.  Instead they bound him by his arms and legs.

Starfire soon discovered that there was a table in the room with several small miniature figures.  One of them held an odd looking weapon.  As Starfire took it into her hands she could tell the weapon wasn't ordinary.

Axio, having just recovered from the battle with the goblins, helped convince Starfire to use the weapon on the unexpecting goblin who still stood bound.  He was killed as target practice.  

The adventurers headed up the stairs and continued their journey...
