Jasper Returns!

Location: Farm house near the Farsea Swamp

Once Axio had reached the top of the staircase he saw several Humans in the proceeding room.
As he approached he heard a voice say, "He's coming, He's coming!..."

Axio then paused and began to ask the group of Humans in front of him, "What does a bunch of Humans need an army of large rats and goblins for?"

They looked nervously around at each other and asked, "Did you really kill them all?"

"That's correct."

"Is it only you?"

"Well yes, that's correct!" (Axio bluffed)

Axio soon realized that several of the Humans may have soiled themselves...

Just then another figure appeared from a back room..and Axio heard a familiar voice,
"Oh! Hey!  This is the guy I was telling you all about!  It's Axio.  He helped save me!"

It turned out to be Jasper, the were-rat, which the group had let survive some time back in the graveyard near Mazel's old mansion.

"It's me Jasper.  Though I may not have given you my name.  I surely remember yours!  So, Axio where are the others?"  (As jasper had entered the room he turned from his rat form back into human form)

"Oh they are downstairs.."

The humans then began to relax themselves.

"We really need help finding our way to Neverwinter.  We have been on the road and got sidetracked.  Is there anyway you could help us find our way?  First of all where are we?" asked Axio.

Jasper then began to explain that they were near the Farsea Swamp several miles away from the town of Proskur.  Jasper also explained how he came about the old farm house.  It turned out that he and the humans (who were recently released convicts) had been on the road together.  They had stopped here and ran into a group of goblins.  After killing so many the goblins surrendered and said they would work for them as long as no one else lost their life.  So they had been staying at the farm house ever since. (About three weeks).

Now Jasper and the others were on a specific journey as well.  They had to escort a specific woman named Sal, to (location? is it Proskur?).  Jasper then explained they would be more that happy to accompany Axio and the others.

While this was happening,  Starfire had found one last large rat in the farm house.  She began to fight it in order to win it as a mount (and friend).  They fought..others bet on the outcome (Namely Pern - yes the priest made the bet! - and another Human).  Starfire eventually beat the rat silly and it agreed to become her ally.

The group then decided to head out to Proskur with their new allies.
