"I smells food!"

Forgotten Realms Date: Unknown
Location: Near the Farsea Swamp (in Route to Proskur)

The adventures set out south with their new allies toward Proskur (along with the young woman named Sal).  As they approached a small clearing in the wood, Terios noticed voices coming from a short distance ahead.  They were speaking a crude dialect of goblin...

"I smells food!"

"Mes hopes they better than dwarf.  The lasts ones wes ates didn' settle well"

Terios crouched down and looked behind to everyone...

"Shh! I hear voices..perhaps goblins ahead!"

Nixxa takes a path to the left and Rimeron darts right.  They try to sneak up on the coming assault.  They succeed and find out the enemies are two ugly Trolls.  Realizing that alone they could do very little they start to head back to the group (knowing that fire is the only way to kill such beasts).

Nixxa leads one troll back to the group.  Rimeron starts to lead his back but then takes him further out in order to gain more time for the group to kill the one Nixxa had transfixed.

After several long moments of battle with the first Troll, the group managed to knock him down unconscious.  He lay on top of Axio and several humans.  He finally got a second wind and was up again.  But as Rimeron approached with the other Troll he sent a foul swooping arrow into the Trolls side and knocked him over again.  This time he was on top of Sal and Jasper!

Axio rushed in and burned the Troll to death with his flaming sword...Unfortunately the fire had reached Sal and Jasper.  Pern and Starfire quickly helped them get out from under the Troll and threw water on them.  Jasper was very displeased with Axio.

Axio then dimensionally warped himself with Rimeron, and stood face to face with the second troll.  Terios was also close by and made some deafening blows on the beast.  Then Axio slashed the beast with a Burning blade which brought him to his end.

After the battle, the group decided to head closer to Proskur, not wanting to meet anymore Trolls that might be lurking about.  They came to a small cottage that had smoke coming out of the chimney   An old woman met them, she looked enrage and began to shout at them, "What do you want!  You can't have my land!"  They began to explain that they weren't after her land or with the group she thought they were with....when suddenly riders with horses came galloping up behind the party..
